On-Time registration for the North Atlantic Regional Conference will close at 11 pm on February 13, 2012.

For Sorors unable to register on-time, Late registration will be available online only and a late fee of $100 will apply. Only credit card payments will be accepted during late registration.

To register online, go to www.akanorthatlantic.org, and click on the “North Atlantic Regional Conference 2012” button to be directed to the online registration system. Follow the instructions provided to log in, complete your registration form and process your payment.

Financial Officer Certification - Update   (Saturday)

This training is for current chapter financial officers who are responsible for completing and submitting the Chapter Financial End of the Year reports.  Effective 2012, the sorority is establishing new financial report forms for all chapters. This workshop will review the requirements for the completion of the new forms.

Financial Officers Certification Training   (Thursday)

This training is for current and aspiring chapter financial officers.  Registration for this training will be limited to 50 sorors and priority will be given to current chapter financial officers.  This one-day, interactive, hands-on certification is designed to assist the graduate chapter’s Tamiouchos and Pecunious Grammateus with executing their operational responsibilities. Each participant will receive the Financial Officer Certification Manual, an updated copy of the Fiscal Fitness Guide to Chapter Financial Procedures and the course CD.  Sorors will be trained in the proper implementation of financial procedures as outlined in the Fiscal Fitness Guide to Chapter Financial Procedures and referenced in several other sorority documents. A creative, learning approach will be used to enhance the core competencies of certification participants.   Sorors who successfully complete this training will earn the designation of Certified Chapter Financial Officer.
 

• Date: Thursday prior to the beginning of regional conference
• Time: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with a 90 minute break for lunch starting at 11:30 am. Lunch will not be provided.
• Each participant should bring a laptop with a CD drive and a calculator.
• Registration will be limited to 50 sorors on Thursday and priority should be given to current chapter financial officers.
• Each participant will receive the Financial Officer Certification Manual, an updated copy of Fiscal Fitness Guide to Chapter Financial Procedures and the course CD
• Participant Cost: $30.00 - to cover cost of materials  

The Capital Grille is no longer available as a Dine Around Option. 

Sorors who have registered for the conference and selected Capital Grille as their Saturday night Dine Around meal option, should contact the Registration Committee to update their selection.
